PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of preventing fluid generated at an evaporator from being invaded into a blower side as a first purpose and preventing the fluid generated at the evaporator from being invaded into the blower side without degrading air conditioning performance as a second purpose. SOLUTION: A sealing rib 11b in a stepped state for sealing the fluid flowing into a blower unit 12 from the evaporator 13 side is formed at a ventilation passage between the evaporator 13 and the blower unit 12, and a water absorption porous member 14 is disposed at the sealing rib 11b and is formed in such a state that it covers the sealing rib 11b so as not to form unevenness at the airway, thus preventing the fluid generated at the evaporator from being invaded into the blower side.
