A mobile communication system which can prevent troubles of other electronic devices due to a transmission signal of a mobile station. The system is provided with a wireless base station (120), and a mobile station (130) which performs wireless communication with the wireless base station (120). The wireless base station (120) is provided with a transmission power upper limit value notifying section (121) for notifying the mobile station (130) of a transmission power upper limit value. The mobile station (130) is provided with a wireless transmission section (211) which controls a transmission power value so that the transmission power value does not exceed the transmission power upper limit value, based on the transmission power upper limit value from the transmission power upper limit value notifying section (121) of the wireless base station (120).
