<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device restraining flow-out of water as reaction product, or filtrating and draining moisture as reaction product, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the fuel cell device. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device has a water tank 18 collecting the water separated from exhaust air of a fuel cell 4 generating power by using fuel, and a flow passage part (collection tube) guiding the air to the water tank and exhausting it. The flow passage part is constituted so as to guide the air to upper part of a surface of the water stored in the water tank.
