<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generating device, enabling reduction of an installation space and easy installation work by simplifying the duct structure for intake and exhaust, in a package type fuel cell generating device, especially one installed indoors. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell generating set has an intake and exhaust device, utilizing a double pipe duct structure.
