<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reissue transaction descriptions without taking any procedure by visiting the counter of a financial institute office. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction system is provided with an automatic transaction device which performs financial transaction on the basis of the identification information of an authenticated customer, and issues transaction descriptions. This automatic transaction system is provided with: a management device 21 equipped with a description data storage part 220 for storing description data, a description data retrieving part 216 for retrieving the requested description data and a reissue description data communication part 212 for transmitting the description data as reissue description data to the automatic transaction device; and an automatic transaction device 11 equipped with an identification information communication part 152 for accepting the reissue request of the transaction descriptions, and for transmitting the identification information of the customer to a management device, a reissue description data acquiring part 153 for acquiring the reissue description data corresponding to the identification information from the management device and a reissue part 151 for reissuing the transaction descriptions based on the acquired reissue description data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
