<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buyer reward type electronic commercial transaction system and method for contributing to the improvement of the profits of this system by promoting the use of the electronic commercial transaction system, and for improving the quality of contribution. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a control part 6 for retrieving a buyer satisfying transaction conditions inputted from a buyer terminal 20 based on transaction conditions inputted from buyer terminals 30 to 34, and for transmitting the retrieved transaction conditions of the seller to the buyer terminal and a DB 8 for approving transaction with the buyer from the buyer terminal, and for receiving the sum M<SB>0</SB>, delivery term T<SB>0</SB>and transaction frequency N of transaction relating to transaction conclusion, and for storing the received contents, and for receiving the actual transaction sum M<SB>1</SB>and actual delivery term T<SB>1</SB>from the buyer terminal after the end of the transaction, and for storing the received contents.
