PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save an information requester's trouble and realize quick acquisition of evidence information in an electronic data management system applied when a business entity deposits the evidence information to disclose the evidence information in response to the information requester's request.

SOLUTION: One or more pieces of digitally signed electronic data are stored along with search keys in an electronic data management server 8. Authentication information necessary to verify the digital signature of each electronic data is registered in the electronic data management server 8. Each electronic data is disclosed after the digital signature of the electronic data is verified according to the authentication information. An information requester who views electronic data is saved from verifying the digital signature of the electronic data for convenience. The information requester can search on search keys to cross-search electronic data deposited by a plurality of business entities and quickly acquire desired electronic data.
