<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry matter processing method and device which quickly and efficiently process inquiry mails from a user. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing server 15 carries out keyword analysis of the inquiry mail transmitted from user terminals 11 and 12 through a mail server 13, attaches an ID number and transmits it to a selected respondent through a (responsible) division server 16. The respondent transmits a reply mail through a respondent terminal 17, a division server 16 and a mail server 13. The division server 16 monitors opening of an inquiry mail and a response state of response transmission.
