METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CARBON NANOTUBE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply shorten the length of a carbon nanotube (CNT) without damaging high conductive characteristic and semiconductor characteristic which the CNT naturally has. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the carbon nanotube≥80% of which has 1μm length is carried out by cooling a mixture comprising a liquid and the carbon nanotube to a temperature equal to and below the freezing point of the liquid and pulverizing the solidified material.
