PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire mold capable of keeping the exhaust capacity of a cast splicing gap over a long period of time by reducing the accumulation of a contaminant in the cast splicing gap and exhaust resistance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this embodiment, the exhaust port 5 formed on the line of the cast splicing gap (h) is formed so that the opening area thereof becomes wide continuously or stepwise toward the exhaust port 5 from the vicinity of the cast splicing gap (h) on the side of a tire product surface S (profile surface). That is, the exhaust port 5 and the vicinity of the cast splicing gap (h) are connected through a sub-exhaust port 5a and the sub-exhaust port 5a is formed so as to leave at least an interval H of 1-2 mm from the tire product surface S to be connected to the exhaust port 5.
