PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-resin laminate capable of being manufactured at a low temperature under low pressure, reduced in the irregularity of adhesion and capable of being used as a flexible printed board excellent in the adhesive strength with a metal foil and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The metal-resin laminate contains thermoplastic polyimide obtained by polymerizing a 2,2',3,3'-oxydiphthalic acid anhydride and a diamine component, non-thermoplastic polyimide and a metal foil as essential elements.
