PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin secondary battery for high-current discharge which is light in weight and capable of high power output without short-circuiting due to dusts. SOLUTION: Sealed cathodes by 19 pieces and anodes by 20 pieces are lapped so that a cathode terminal 2 and an anode terminal 3 are piled alternately and each of a cathode strap part 6 integrated with the cathode terminal 2 and an anode strap part 8 integrated with the anode terminal 3 are ultrasonic-welded with a collector, respectively, and a cathode terminal 2 and an anode terminal 3 are derived from an electrode group 4. For the cathode strap part 6, an aluminum alloy sheet A3003-H12 0.3 mm thick is used and a partial area of the cathode terminal 2, which has no fear of touching electrolyte solution, is clad by a nickel sheet 0.1 mm thick. Meanwhile, for the anode strap 8, a copper sheet C1020-1/2 of a thickness of 0.3 mm is used and both sides of a partial area of the anode terminal exposed out of the battery is clad by a nickel sheet 0.05 mm thick.
