PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the tail position of a queue at an entrance of a facility and to search a route to the tail position as a destination to guide. SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises a position information computing section 112 for computing position information of a device body; a wide area radio transmitting section 121 for transmitting the position information of the device body computed by the position information computing section 112, to a center device 201; a wide area radio receiving section 118 for receiving queue information related to the queue transmitted from the center device 201; and a route searching section 116 for searching a route to the tail position of the queue based on the queue information received by the wide area radio receiving section 118.
