BROADCAST DATA DELIVERING DEVICE AND DSRC SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast data delivering device and a DSRC system which enable high-priority data to be more certainly reproduced in an in-vehicle device than a conventional broadcast data delivering system and a DSRC system. SOLUTION: There is provided a broadcast data delivering device applied to a roadside device 1 for broadcasting contents data delivered from a contents data delivering center 2 via a network 3 to the in-vehicle device 4. The broadcast data delivering device is equipped with an EPU 12 for controlling the broadcasting so as to transmit data in the order corresponding to data priority when the in-vehicle device 4 that had entered a communication area capable of accepting the broadcasting has been detected by a sensor 10.
