PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device exhibiting vibration control performance in a wide frequency range. SOLUTION: A mesh member 10 is provided between a piston member 11 and a washer member 9. The mesh member 10 is constructed by connecting a plurality of wire members 10a, 10b in a grid shape and is provided on at least a position corresponding to an opening part of through holes 11a, 9a. As a result, oil flowing between a first and a second liquid chambers 105, 106 receives flow resistance from the mesh member and vibration control performance in the wide frequency range can be displayed by this invented damper device.
