PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for and a method of controlling a steam power plant turbine oil capable of determining the optimum filled amount and filling timing of a turbine oil. SOLUTION: The calculation treatment device 10 of this control system 1 for steam power plant turbine oil comprises: a comparison part 11 comparing the results of measurement inputted from an input device 20 with control standards stored in a control standards database 14; a time calculation part 12 calculating a residual time when such a message that the results of measurement do not fulfill the requirements of the control standards is sent from the comparison part 11 based on a test interval read from a test interval database 15 based on an operation time inputted from the input device 20 and a date of sampling inputted from the input device 20; and a determination part 13 determining the filled amount and filling time of the turbine oil based on the residual time sent from the time calculation part 12, the results of comparison sent from the comparison part 11, and the results of measurement inputted from the input device 20.
