PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin side cover used for an automobile seat capable of simply and easily performing an assembling operation and a disassembling operation, and easily realizing recycling. SOLUTION: This cover comprises a reclining device cover 11 and a slide adjuster cover 12. The reclining device cover 11 is a combination of an inner cover 13 and an outer cover 13. The inner cover 13 corresponds to a trim stud hole 52 on a rear end 49 side of a frame side 47 of a seat cushion frame 44, and a pawled trim stud 18 is projected on a cover inner face 17. The outer cover 14 comprises an anchor spring 24 projected on a cover inner face 23 at a cover front end 21 and fixedly mounted on it, and an anchor post 25 with a groove horizontal section shape having an abutting end wall 26 at the tip, projected on the cover inner face 23 at a cover rear end 22, and opening a trim stud hole 27 on the abutting end wall 26.
