PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure a load transmission path to a side collision load by restraining lowering of a load transmission member at the time of side collision and transmitting more side collision loads to a tunnel part through the load transmission member. SOLUTION: Even when a downward load component Fd of a side collision load F at the time of side collision acts on a load transmission member 28, lowering of the load transmission member 28 is restrained by lowering restraining means 42, so that position displacement of the load transmission member is small. Accordingly, because more side collision loads F are transmitted to a tunnel part 22 through the load transmission member 28, rigidity of a vehicle body to side collision is high, so that an opposed vehicle 44 collided with the side face can be pushed back in a vehicle width direction.
