PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body floor structure enabling harness wirings without the need of a hole opening in a vehicle body. SOLUTION: Upper side holding piece 21 and lower side holding piece 22 for holding the harness 4 are formed integrally with a floor spacer 2 for raising a carpet 3 from a floor 1. Upper side ratchet part 21a and lower side ratchet part 22a formed at distal end parts of both the holding pieces 21 and 22 are arranged and held between a side surface 1b of the recessed floor 1 and the harness 4.
