PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plate keeper which enables the use by peeling off easily a film paper from a release paper, and allowing it to adhere to a surface to be adhered, when used. SOLUTION: In the flat plate keeper 10 comprising the release paper 30 of a fixed size, and a number of film papers 20 adhered via an adhesive layer 22 on the release paper, the predetermined section of the release paper 30 is cut opened along an outer periphery of the film paper 20, and a unit release paper 31 is formed by the further cutting open of the release paper 30 along a line joining both ends of an incision line 41 of the predetermined section, and the unit release paper has a fall-away section 40 adhered integrally with the film paper 20, by which the film paper 20 is easily separated from the release paper 30.
