PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing technology in which occurrence of banding can be suppressed without causing deterioration in image quality. SOLUTION: The image processor comprises a means for connection connecting with an image forming means including a print head having a plurality of nozzles for forming an image on a recording material, a means for storing noise information reflecting the physical characteristics of a plurality of nozzles belonging to a nonspecific region other than a specific region including such one of the plurality of nozzles as the difference between its physical characteristics and the average value of physical characteristics of the plurality of nozzles exceeds a threshold, a means for storing image data, and a means for performing noise addition to the image data stored in the storage means based on the noise information stored in the noise information storage means.
