PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a three-dimensional shaped article of high quality so as to eliminate the point at issue possessed by a conventional technique. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shaping method has a first stage for cutting foamed polystyrene into the shape on one side of the three-dimensional shaped article to be manufactured, a second stage for applying a shaping material to the surface of the foamed polystyrene cut in the first stage, a third stage for cutting the shaping material, which is applied in the second stage, into the shape on the other side of the three-dimensional shaped article to be manufactured and a fourth stage for removing the foamed polystyrene after the third stage.
