PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling and linking structure capable of corresponding to both of a case in which an implement is linked to a main machine through a quick hitch and a case in which the implement is linked to the main machine directly, having improved interchangeability of parts constituting a controlling and interlocking system to facilitate the operation such as assembling operation and part-managing operation so much, and accordingly reducing the cost accompanied therewith. SOLUTION: The controlling and linking structure 100 has a turning member 110, a movable member-side operation member 120, a control member-side operation member 130 and an engaging member 140. When the implement 300 is linked to the main machine 200 through the quick hitch 210, the controlling and interlocking system is constituted by linking the control member-side operation member 130 with the engaging member 140, and when the implement 300 is directly linked to the main machine 200, the control member-side operation member 130 is constituted by linking the control member side operation member 130 to the turning member 110.
