<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser apparatus capable of emitting laser light having two or more wavelengths with a common optical axis and making one of them into a single mode. <P>SOLUTION: The laser apparatus has an integral three-wavelength laser 1 capable of emitting laser light with a plurality of different wavelengths, three for example, at the same time and in the same optical axis direction, a lens 2 serving as an optical element for making the three laser light beams different in wavelengths emitted from the laser 1 into parallel light beams, respectively, a grating 3 serving as an external resonator for making one of the three laser light beams passing through the lens 2 into a single mode, and an angle variable mechanism 4 for varying the angle of the grating 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
