<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image forming apparatus capable of appropriately applying transfer voltage to an intermediate transfer body. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has: the rotatable intermediate transfer body being an intermediate medium in the case of transferring a developer image to a medium; a conductive roller rotating with the rotation of the intermediate transfer body in a state where it abuts on the intermediate transfer body; a supporting member being a conductive supporting member for rotatably supporting the roller and equipped with a base part having a part being a fixed part in the case of fixing the supporting member, a supporting part supporting the roller, and a connector attaching part which is provided on the base part out of the base part and the supporting part and to which a connector is attached; and a transfer voltage applying part for applying transfer voltage to the intermediate transfer body through the connector attached to the connector attaching part, the supporting member and the roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
