<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a data server set on a gas company side in a gas amount tabulation system for collecting data for gas usage using a network. <P>SOLUTION: In this gas amount tabulation system, a user house 10 is provided with a gas meter 17 and a terminal 12 such as a personal computer, and a gas company 13 is provided with a meter remote controller 14 collecting gas amount data from the gas meter 17 set in the user house 10 through a network 16, and a data server 15 processing and accumulating the collected gas amount data.
