<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the difference of appearance diameters of dots printed on paper from dots of an inked surface or a blanket streak part in an offset printing. <P>SOLUTION: The offset printing ink composition contains 0.01-2.0 wt% rice starch in an offset printing ink composition.
