PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging process of a lithographic printing plate which can prevent the deterioration in the sensitivity of a coating film. SOLUTION: A plurality of heating rollers 72 are disposed on the downstream side of a cutting part 39 for a padding cardboard 62 and on the upstream side of a cardboard supply process 75 wherein the padding cardboard 62 is supplied onto a laminate 60. After the padding cardboard 62 is cut in conformity with the size of the laminate 60 and just before the cardboard 62 is supplied, the cardboard 62 is dried. By conveying the cardboard 62 by the heating rollers 72 in this way, the water content of the padding cardboard 62 can be made 7% or below.
