PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress harmonic-component generation and attain an increase in an amount of harmonic-component attenuation. SOLUTION: A high-frequency switch module comprises a branching-filter circuit consisting of first and second filter circuits for dividing signals incident on an antenna into received signals of a first transmitting and receiving system and those of second and third transmitting and receiving systems, a first switching circuit SW1 that is arranged at a subsequent stage to a first filter circuit and switches between a transmitting circuit TX1 of the first transmitting and receiving system and a receiving circuit RX1 by a voltage fed from a control circuit VC1, and a second switching circuit SW2 that is arranged at a subsequent stage to a second filter circuit and switches, by a voltage fed from control circuits VC2, VC3, among a second and third transmitting circuits TX2, a second receiving circuit RX2 and a third receiving circuit RX3. In the high-frequency switch module, when a positive voltage is applied from the control circuit VC1 to connect the transmitting circuit TX1 of the first transmitting and receiving system and the antenna, a positive voltage is applied also from the control circuits VC3 to regulate an impedance at a side of the receiving circuit RX3 of the third transmitting and receiving system.
