PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make conventional complicated setting work unnecessary when replacing a management device 6 in a network system which includes a plurality of terminal devices 1 to 5, and the management device 6 which manages the plurality of terminal devices by executing predetermined operation with the respective terminal devices. SOLUTION: In the network system of the invention, a built-in memory of each terminal device stores terminal information including necessary operation information in order that the management device 6 performs predetermined operation with the own devices. The management device 6 acquires the terminal information from each terminal device, stores it in the built-in memory, then, executes the predetermined operation with each terminal device based on the terminal information.
