PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound processor for performing band expansion processing without being accompanied with an increase in a hardware scale or function limitation even in the case of reproducing an encode signal encoded by an encoding system with a large amount of arithmetic processing. SOLUTION: The sound processor 100 is provided with an oversampling part 120 for eliminating aliasing noise generated by oversampling PCM data decoded from a sound signal, and a control instructing part 150 for controlling the oversampling part 120 on the basis of any of decode information extracted from the sound signal, external instruction information inputted from the outside and a combination of the decode information and the external instruction information.
