PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device of an internal combustion engine having a throttle body with high usability adaptable to a large number of vehicle types. SOLUTION: The throttle body installed in the intake passage of the internal combustion engine is formed by connecting upstream side throttle bodies 70f and 70r storing upstream side throttle valves 71f and 71f disposed on the upstream side of intake air to downstream side throttle bodies 50f and 50r storing downstream side throttle valves 51f and 51r disposed on the downstream side of the intake air.
