PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler supporting structure for a small boat, capable of reducing the number of components fixing a water muffler. SOLUTION: In this muffler supporting structure 20 for the small boat, a second water muffler 18 is placed on a left recess 62 of a support plate 53, a support floatation member 66 is placed on an upper part of a latter half portion 47 of the second water muffler 18, and a jointing face 52a of a deck 52 is jointed to a jointing face 51a of a hull 51. Due to this, an upper end 66a of the support floatation member 66 is pressed by the deck 52, and the second water muffler 18 is pressed against the left recess 62 by the support floatation member 66.
