PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible anchor bolt accurately installable at the prescribed position of a foundation and vertically installable when the flexible anchor is buried in the foundation and also usable for the foundation with a low foundation since a fixing plate is used. SOLUTION: The fixing plate is fixed to a male screw part at the lower part of a bolt having male screws formed at the upper and lower parts of a round steel with nuts and long nuts. Number 1 indicates the round bar. 2 indicates the male screw, 3 indicates the nut, 3a indicates the long nut, 4 indicates the fixing plate, 5 indicates a flexible material. 6 indicates a concrete subslab (a levelling concrete), and 7 indicates a hole.
