PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body side surface reinforcement structure capable of reducing a deformation of a side door through arrangement of a reinforcing member at a requisite location in the side door in response to a load inputting position and inputting direction when a side collision occurs and transmittance of the load by the side collision to the reinforcement structure. SOLUTION: A door reinforcement structure 10 is constructed such that a box-like drink holder 12 is arranged at a side door 18, a load transmittance member 16 is fixed to a body cross member 14, and the load transmittance member 16 is oppositely supported against the drink holder 12 with this body cross member 14. With this arrangement as above, when a side collision load acts against the side door 18 from an external part of vehicle body at the time of side surface collision and the side door 18 deforms into the inner side of the vehicle due to this side collision load, the side collision load is transmitted to the reinforcement structure through a drink holder 12 arranged at the side door 18 and the load transmittance member 16 fixed to the body cross member 14, resulting in that a deformation of the side door 18 toward the inside part of the vehicle due to the side collision load can be effectively reduced.
