PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel of an automobile for realizing a reinforcement without unnecessarily making a minimum ground clearance lower even when a floor panel is bent downward. SOLUTION: A relief part 24a for the bottom face of a floor panel 1 at a coating discharging recessed part 22 to enter is formed on the top face of a rear lower floor frame 24. A rear upper floor frame 25 is composed of a rectangle lateral plate part 25a long in right and left directions, and a vertical plate part 25b extending forward from the center of the lateral plate part 25a. A first wall 25c extends downward from a front end of the lateral plate part 25a, and second walls 25f extend from right and left side edges of the vertical plate part 25b toward an inclination part 22ic of the coating discharging indentation part 22.
