TRAIN DETECTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain size and cost reductions of an apparatus by reducing the number of parts while performing highly efficient signal detection and output switching. SOLUTION: This train detection apparatus includes: a central control section 15 which detects a train detection state from an on-track receiving signal received by a receiving section and supplies a transmission signal indicating a train detection state to a transmission circuit section 22 in a predetermined transmission timing; a single detection circuit 16 for detecting the presence of the transmission signal indicating the train detection state supplied to the transmission circuit section 22 from the central control section 15; and a transmission switching circuit 23 for switching the transmission signal indicating the train detection state detected by the single detection circuit 16, for every track according to a switching signal output from the central control section 15 in response to transmission timing.
