PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window molding capable of stably maintaining a specified position when it is installed and favorable in a mounting property. SOLUTION: This window molding for a lengthy vehicle free to install along a clearance 4 between a side wall 1 of a peripheral edge of a window opening of a car body panel P furnished with the side wall 1 and a bottom wall 5, and an outer peripheral edge of a window plate 3 mounted on the peripheral edge of the opening, is constituted of a decorative head part 10, a leg part 20 and an engaging lip 30; the leg part 20 has height at which a terminal on the base end side of the leg part 20 connected to the decorative head part 10 extends over a position of an outer surface 3b of the window plate 3 when the head end side of the leg part 20 is inserted into the clearance 4, makes contact with the bottom wall 5 on the peripheral edge of the window opening and is prevented to be inserted more, and it is constituted by separating the decorative head part 10 to the car outside from an outer surface 3b of the window plate 3 and providing a pressure sensitive double-side adhesive tape (adhesive material) 40 free to adhere on the side wall 1 on a side surface facing the side wall 1 of the leg part 20.
