PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle entertainment device capable of canceling voice of a TV, a DVD, etc only in the neighborhood of a driver's seat in driving but not canceling conversation of occupants, etc. at low cost. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle entertainment device is furnished with a speaker arranged in a car room and a voice signal generating means to have the speaker output voice by generating a voice electric signal for entertainment. Additionally, it is furnished with an anti-phase speaker arranged in the neighborhood of the driver's seat and to output canceling voice which is an anti-phase against voice output from the speaker.
