PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that a mounting structure for a shock absorber constituting a rear suspension of an rigid-axle type vehicle is obliquely arranged. SOLUTION: A mounting attitude of the shock absorber constituting the rear suspension of the rigid-axle type vehicle and pivotally attached to between an axle case and a vehicle body frame is set in an oblique attitude of non-parallel in any direction of a longitudinal direction and a left/right direction of the vehicle. A second pivot shaft for pivotally attaching to the mounting part at a lower end of the shock absorber is fixed to a connection piece and the connection piece is bolt-fastened to a bracket for mounting a spring of the axle case with a leaf spring or an air spring by a mounting bolt.
