PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle capable of performing a position adjustment of a display image without causing a display distortion. SOLUTION: When a display light of an image displayed on a display source 5 is reflected on a projection area E of a windshield 3 by a reflecting mirror 4, and a virtual image of the image projected on the projection area E and a foreground of the vehicle visually recognized through the windshield 3 are superposed and visually recognized, the display device for the vehicle uses the reflecting mirror 4 which is formed so as to offset the distortion on the image visually recognized from an eyepoint of the vehicle caused due to the non-planarity of the windshield 3. The display device for the vehicle is also equipped with a movement means moving the reflecting mirror 4 so that the display light reflected at the reflection points D<SB>1</SB>, E<SB>1</SB>, F<SB>1</SB>on the reflecting mirror 3 is reflected toward the eyepoint at the projection points D<SB>0</SB>, E<SB>0</SB>, F<SB>0</SB>on the predetermined projection area E corresponding to the reflection points D<SB>1</SB>, E<SB>1</SB>, F<SB>1</SB>, and the reflecting mirror 4 is adjusted so that the display light is reflected toward the eyepoint by moving the movement means.
