PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method of a rotation type powder treatment apparatus which does not need the drying after washing and which is capable of surely removing even strongly adhered attachment. SOLUTION: The washing method of the rotation type powder treatment apparatus 1 comprises throwing highly adherent raw materials due to inclusion of many hard particles into a treatment tank 3 and then rotatively driving a rotor 6 arranged in the treatment tank 3 to conduct the treatment such as crushing, mixing, kneading and the like to the raw materials. In washing, the attachment adhered in the treatment tank 3 is removed by rotatively driving the rotor 6 after throwing many lumps 12 of sublimable solid such as carbon dioxide snow in a solid form and the like which can sublimate under atmospheric temperature and atmospheric pressure and of which the particle size is 30-300 mm to the treatment apparatus 1.
