PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner, suitably performing cleaning even if it is moved in the rotating direction or moved in the longitudinal direction of a handle. SOLUTION: This cleaner includes: the handle 11 and a sliding and rubbing part 32 disposed at one end of the handle, wherein the handle includes: a body 16 having the sliding and rubbing part at the one end and elongated, a grip part 13 provided with eccentricity to the outside from the longitudinal axis C of the body; and a holding piece 15 formed between the body and the grip part.
