摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective measures against freezing without using constant heater control or heat storage in a hot water storage tank and without discharging water outside of a system. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system is provided with a fuel cell body 2, a reformer 3 generating hydrogen with burner combustion heat of exhaust gas and a steam generator 4 generating steam with the combustion gas of the reformer 3. The reformer 3 constitutes a gas supply network. A composite condenser 20 wherein a condenser part 20a condensing a water content in the combustion gas and a water tank part 20b storing the condensed water are integrated is provided, and the water tank part is disposed below the fuel cell body. A battery cooling water pump 8 and a battery cooling water heat exchanger 9 constitute a battery cooling system with the composite condenser 20. When the power generation is stopped, air is introduced through a cutoff valve 30 for draining water from the fuel cell body 2 to introduce it into the water tank part 20b. When the power generation is started, the heat of the combustion gas in the reformer is transmitted to the water tank part for thawing the frozen water if the water in the water tank part is frozen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
