<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to conveniently communicate with his or her desired contact destination, and to reduce processing loads or facility loads on a service providing institute. <P>SOLUTION: Call center devices 5, 6 and 7 line-connected by the operation of an exclusive operation part 3 in a portable telephone set 2 of a user are configured to accept the designation of a contract destination to be used by a line-connected user from among preliminarily registered contact destinations, and to setting-change the identification number (telephone number) for connection of the accepted contract destination to automatic calling destination by the operation of the exclusive operation part 3, thus when the exclusive operation part 3 is operated, the identification number (telephone number) for connection of the setting-changed contract destination is called by the portable telephone set 2, so that communication between the user and the contract destination can be attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
