<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can represent a natural phenomenon more appropriately by generating the torque to rotate a handle as the operation resistance when a motion of a displayed operation object is controlled corresponding to the rotation of the handle operated by a player. <P>SOLUTION: When the motion of the operation object 40 displayed on a television monitor 5 is controlled corresponding to the rotation of the handle 20 operated by the player 9, the torque to rotate the handle 20 is generated as the operation resistance corresponding to the display position of the operation object 40.
