PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot heater capable of conducting effective heating radiation around feet. SOLUTION: A casing is rotatably mounted at an upper part of a stand which is installed as a lower part, a heating element 3 and a heat reflecting panel 4 are provided at the casing and the casing is arbitrarily rotated from a lower position of a floor surface.
