PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which enables uniformly coating a liquid cosmetic oil having a high emollient effect on the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a hydrocarbon oil agent-free cosmetic oil. The nonwoven fabric-impregnated cosmetic has, as the cosmetic oil, a cosmetic oil containing≥30 mass% plant-derived fats and oils having a triglyceride as the major component. A method of using the cosmetic comprises impregnating the nonwoven fabric with the substantially hydrocarbon oil agent-free cosmetic oil, and thereafter applying the nonwoven fabric-impregnated cosmetic to the skin.
