PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for monitoring a facility position state, capable of acquiring positions of units constituting a facility in real time, and also easily obtaining states of the units such as loads or loading states of the units in the positions through a simplified structure. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a state data acquisition means acquiring various state data related to a plurality of movable units 1 and 2 from a facility controller 3 through a communication line 2; and a processing means 12 having a unit configuration table 12e describing information such as functions showing the relation between position and state data of the units 1 and 2 or a constant necessary for load calculation. The processing means 12 acquires positions and states of the units 1 and 2 only by arithmetic processing, using the unit configuration table 12e and state data (a state table T1) acquired by the state data acquisition means.
