PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information in a more appropriate way that matches users' situations. SOLUTION: This information delivery device changes the information to be delivered to users, by using behavior information given as position information. The device constantly records each user's position information and determines if his or her current behavior is exceptional compared to previous behaviors.
